How to Make Soya Milk at Home

+ 4 cups water (for blending)
+ Extra water (for soaking)
+ Optional: Sweetener (sugar, honey, or agave syrup) and flavoring (vanilla extract, cocoa powder, or fresh fruit)

+ Nut milk bag, fine mesh strainer, or cheesecloth

How to do
+ Soak the Soybeans:Rinse the soybeans, then soak them in water for at least 8 hours or overnight.
+ Drain and Rinse: After soaking, drain and rinse the soybeans.
+ Blend: Blend the soybeans with 4 cups of fresh water until smooth.
+ Strain: Pour the blended mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth to filter out the pulp and collect the milk.
+ Boil: Stir frequently and simmer the strained soy milk for about 20 minutes.
